This requires a small additional $200 transfer fee and then you will have access to Starpointe Residents Club and Presidio Residents Club. Both locations have a gym, pools and restaurants (food and drinks not included). Starpointe has a great pool with slides and fun for the kids while the Presidio pool is beautiful and heated.

Great house in a very nice location.
