Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this spacious modern guest home (1399 sq ft) has all the amenities to make it feel just like home. Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit.

Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs.

Modern, clean, well appointed. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her. Loved the location even though it was further from our family for the family reunion, we would stay again. It’s a beautiful part of the area and the neighborhood felt safe and private. Best place to stay in Peoria!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and shopping were close and convenient. Leah was an amazing host. Readily available without ever feeling “watched” and incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court and watching the chickens and bunnies in the yard. This will be our new home base every time we visit Phoenix!!
