Living areas
Two living rooms offer plenty of room for both quiet moments and shared gatherings. Travertine tile floors set a cool foundation in the main living area, where seating is arranged for conversation and hors d`oeuvres. In the family room, a sectional sofa faces a 55-inch flat-screen, and a hanging chair tucked into the corner for a cozy reading perch.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for cooking and connection, with sweeping quartz countertops, ceramic tile accents, and gold finishes. A French-door refrigerator keeps ingredients at hand, while the two-person bar invites conversation as meals are prepared. The dining area features a glass table with seating for six, creating an easy transition from cooking to sharing meals together.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms provide restful space for up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, closet, and a make-up station, with an en-suite bathroom that also connects to the kitchen and offers a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The third bedroom has two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom also has two queen beds, direct backyard access, and access to the outdoor shower. An additional bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located nearby.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is walled for privacy and designed for time outside. A 5-foot-deep pool sits at the center, with optional heating, and a hot tub* nearby. A cabana daybed offers a shaded retreat, while a dining table for six sets the stage for outdoor meals. The BBQ grill, mini-fridge, and outdoor lounge seating create a space for lingering afternoons. Beyond the pool area, sun loungers and a fire pit invite you to enjoy Arizona’s warmth day or night.

Comfort & amenities
During your stay, you’ll have free use of the in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and driveway parking for one car with additional free street parking available. Essentials such as linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, and families will find added touches including a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games. Central air conditioning and heating keep the house comfortable year-round, while smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace ensure convenience throughout your stay.

Stress-free departure
There’s no need to worry about chores at checkout. Beds do not need to be stripped, laundry isn’t required, and the fridge can remain as is. If you choose to start the dishwasher, it’s appreciated, but not expected. You simply pack up and go, ending your stay as smoothly as it began.
