This was our second stay at this property in order to visit family in the Phoenix area. On both stays we found the property clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and close to ammenities. The owner responds quickly to any questions. I also appreciated the special touches like charging cables available at several outlets, disposable cups and toiletries in the bathrooms, as well as snacks in the kitchen.

We booked this property to attend a family gathering in the Phoenix area. This property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The neighborhood was very nice and close to stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have time on this trip to try out the pool or spa. We will be staying at this property again!

Beautiful, spacious, quiet and clean. The Desert Hideaway in Avondale exceeded all our expectations. Tom, Doris and Christine were awesome hosts. Although Tom was the main contact, I had the opportunity to interact with each host; they were all cheerful, quick to respond and happy to answer all my questions.Nestled in a quiet neighborhood the house is easy to find and access instructions were clear. Great location for surrounding activities, easy drive from the airport and close to local restaurants and shops. But once we stopped for our necessary supplies we didn’t want to leave…the house had all the amenities we needed and then some. Leisurely mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the pool, spacious well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare our meals, there were even fun popcorn boxes to enjoy our popcorn from while watching the game. Comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room and library, plenty of games and books to keep us occupied. Lounging in the pool by day and spa at night was so relaxing. It was a perfect place to share time with friends and would be a wonderful space for a family stay. 100% recommend staying at this location.
