Perfect stay!

Property facilities were old and out dated. Looks as though they tried to update rooms but it looks like a band aid fix versus truly updating. Carpets were old and dirty. I was given an occupied room during checkin so had to go back to front desk. Missed breakfast by a minute, it was a doggy bag anyway. Microwave didn’t work in the room.

Had to try 3 different times to check in, room wasn't ready until 3rd time. Rather have room with bathroom and sink together, which this wasn't.

I was disappointed that when I went to get breakfast (I thought there was going to be hot breakfast items, nothing on the website said anything different) they had run out, the sad thing was there was only a quick "sorry!". Also, the shower was really tight and in disrepair. The "paint" on the shower floor had worn away and it looked really dirty.

The property was a little old. But it was safe and clean.

Staff was friendly. By elevator was a slight sewer smell but overall ok. Pool was closed due to covid-19 si I can't speak on that.. I would definitely stay here next time I visit my sister...

With COVID19 thing, they closed everything,(pool,hot tub,etc) and also refused a breakfast. I feel like there should have been discounts for ZERO amenities.

The room had what I needed: A mini frig, a place to hang clothing, some modern lights and a desk. It was a small room but it had a lot of furniture. The check in took longer than expected because they were changing staff members and Moe kept talking. I stayed here because it’s 15 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport and had to pickup a friend. The lady working the front desk at checkout on Thursday was friendly and smiled. The hallways were dim and had large patches of white paint every 6 feet.

Breakfast was good. However, pool was unavailable for a day.

It was late at night anf the desk clerk was very gracious.
