• Base rate includes up to 8 guests
• Additional guest charges are calculated from the guest count entered when booking
• Enter the correct number of overnight guests before confirming your reservation
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
• Only registered overnight guests are permitted at the property
• Outside visitors and unauthorized guests are not permitted

DAMAGE PROTECTION

A $129 administrative fee applies to each reservation and includes participation in a damage-waiver program providing up to $5,000 in accidental-damage coverage, subject to program terms.

Guests may opt out by providing a refundable $5,000 security deposit before arrival.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

• Electric pool heat: $100 per night or $500 per week, plus tax
• Propane pool heat when required: $300 per night, plus tax
• Spa technician service and cleaning: $150 per week, plus tax
• Deep-cleaning upgrade: $200, plus tax
• Approved pets: $150 per pet

The property does not have a lifeguard or pool safety fence. Guests use the pool, spa, sports courts and all other amenities at their own risk. Children and anyone requiring assistance must be actively supervised at all times.
