Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms allow your group of up to ten guests to settle in with space and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, and TV. A second bedroom also offers a king bed. The third bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed, while the fourth provides a full bed and a queen bed. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets are on hand for your comfort, and room-darkening shades help ensure a restful night.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is the heart of this home. Swim in the heated pool, available year-round, or enjoy a quiet soak in the hot tub. The fenced yard offers privacy, while sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dining table provide plenty of spots to relax. A BBQ grill with utensils and propane is ready for cookouts, making it easy to enjoy evenings outdoors.

Indoor spaces
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights, while another TV in the primary bedroom provides a private option for winding down. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, whether for remote work or streaming. Board games are available for group fun indoors.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, baking sheets, and dining essentials. Safety & security
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and an exterior security camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside or near the pool area.
