Located in the hub of Loop 101 & I-17, this beautiful getaway home offers privacy and comfort without the noise & bustle of the freeway. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, open floor plan - all newly updated. All the comforts of home.

The pool fees are stated separately, however they are automatically included in your quote during the cooler months. You can choose not to have the pool heated by requesting the fees to be removed and we will happily adjust it for you. ** Graduated heated pool 3’-5’-3’ with Baja shelf is great for children. Please be advised that the pool is heated using ambient air so the temperature may vary between 75-85 degrees in cold or inclement weather. (**Your quote will be adjusted to remove pool heat fees during June-August.)

Master suite includes king size bed, walk-in closet and 65" smart TV. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, armoire for clothing, 40" Roku TV. Bedroom 2 is staged with 2 twin beds, armoire for clothing, 50" smart TV. Futon in office area opens to sleep 1 additional person, however there is no door for privacy. Full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron.

Office area with large desk makes it easy to work while you are away if you must. Living room's open floor plan provides spacious microfiber sofa with chaise lounge, 65" smart TV. Love seat has pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. Dining area with fireplace has table that expands to seat 10 plus pub style breakfast set seating for 4.

Modern kitchen with coffee niche & Keurig. Enjoy your coffee on the patio with view of gorgeous pool with grotto waterfall. Or sip cocktails at the outside bar while sunbathing or relaxing in the pool or spa. Gas barbecue for grilling.

Want limited TV? Board games and cards provided for indoor and outdoor family entertainment. Paseo Highlands Park located across the street includes softball diamonds, basketball court, Pickleball and tennis courts, covered playground equipment, great walking paths with distance markings and community center. One mile to Hurricane Harbor Water Park (Six Flags); Victory Lane Softball Fields. Easy access to Cardinal Stadium, Spring Training, TPC Phoenix Open, Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Water Park and other sports events.

Superb Backyard!!

Fabulous place to hang out!! We had so much fun and everything we could need or want was available. They even had an Instant Pot! The owners were super great to communicate with and took care of anything that came up right away. We hope to stay again sometime.

Property well designed. There are .some items that need attention. The outside grill was in need of a good cleaning. The sun umbrella should be replaced. There is a bad smell coming from the washing machine. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this home. Has all the amenities for a nice vacation

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was well stocked and plenty spacious for our family of 4. The backyard was the highlight, and we spent many hours enjoying the pool, hot tub, and games! Late evening walks in the adjacent park/rec area were great. Check in/out was seamless. This was just what our family needed for our spring break vacation! The pool water was the perfect temp, and the volleyball net was a huge bonus! We play so many games! Everything was clean and well stocked. Also, Bonnie is so fast at replying to any questions. We definitely weren’t ready to go!

This is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed at. Super clean, Terrific Hosts, GREAT neighborhood. It trulely felt home away from home. Everything was decorated for Christmas inside and out as we artived Christmas Day.Pool was always in the 80's. Great resort style property

The house was lovely and had everything supplied as advertised. The backyard was very fun with the pool, fire ring, and hot tub. We also made use of the built in BBQ. The host had decorated for Christmas, which was a most lovely surprise. We loved the location and would most certainly stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

This is our 3rd stay here. Keeps getting better! We had everything we needed to have a fun quality family vacation. The kids loved the pool and the grownups got to enjoy the resort feel of the home. Perfect desert oasis!

Our teens had a great time in the sun and backyard fun- pool, hot tub, plus mini golf hole and basketball. Could see the hot air balloons in the morning! Very spacious and inviting. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

May husband and I had a wonderful stay with our daughter and two granddaughters! The pool was a huge hit! Beautifully laid out spaces both inside and out. Comfortable, spacious and well stocked with the necessary supplies. I really appreciated all the pool towels along with the putting green and cornhole game. Bonnie and Jeff were awesome to work with - we would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

The house was exactly as advertised. A wonderful get-away. Everything was clean and amenities were perfect. The couch was the talk of the week. Extremely comfortable and a perfect place to rest. The backyard amenities were spot on and perfect. Our communication with the hosts was excellent. The park across the street was bustling each day with joggers, walkers, pickleball and cricket athletes. We used the park each day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Property was as listed. Five of us in our group and we had a wonderful experience. Jeff, our host, was easy to communicate with and timely in response and addressing things. Phoenix Pool Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is spectacular with multiple comfortable seating areas, loungers, bar, pool, hot tub and putting green. The owners put a lot of thought into pool amenities— plentiful pool towels, different kinds of floats for the pool, basketball hoops and water volleyball. They instantly respond to texts and that was greatly appreciated. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Place to relax

As soon as we walked in the door we loved the place with the best stocked and professional kitchen with the beautiful quartz countertops. Loved the vaulted ceilings and the wonderful bedrooms and office. Our favorite place to hang out was the backyard. We played cards most nights at the round table right off the great room and enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool We had fun playing on the putting greens. I would recommend this place to families or friends.
