Here is your opportunity to live in the highly desireable FQ Story neighborhood! Walking distance from the state fair grounds, encanto park, Grand Avenue Arts district, and Roosevelt Row! All utilities, landscaping, and internet are included.

The living space is on the back half of the property and has it's own private entrance, patio, yard, bbq area and street parking.
The living area boasts 576 sqft and has it's own kitchenette, with invertor burners. Relax in the full size spa tub. The bathroom has an overhead rain shower, and built in closet with laundry.
(Since it is a duplex, there is a shared double insulated brickwall with dual deadbolted door. So noise is minimal)
