We had a great experience staying in this home!The pool area was relaxing and the home perfect for our families needs! Decoré was stylish and furnishing were comfortable and ample.Communication was prompt, professional and greatly appreciated! One small suggestion would be the addition of a clock or two, especially in the bedrooms or bathrooms.

House and amenities were fine. This was a last-minute booking because our flights were canceled. Less than 24 hours later, we realize we needed only one night, but the host held firm on the cancellation policy and would not show any flexibility. While that was certainly in their rights, it was disappointing that they weren’t flexible under the circumstances, especially considering it was last minute and the place was probably going empty anyway.

Loved the Piccadilly Home - close to Old Town Scottsdale

First time doing this type of arrangement rather than staying at a hotel. The Goodnight team was very professional and we really loved the home. They kept in touch with us during the stay and asked if all was well or we needed anything. The home was super nice and enabled us to have a great time together as a family. Thank you.

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend to say yes to the dress! The house was clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. It was too hot to swim (118!) but we had a great time playing pool indoors. We did have an A/C issue, but the property manager, Rhea, was amazing—she responded right away and promptly relocated us to another property so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend comfortably. Her quick communication and accommodating nature made all the difference. Thank you, Rhea, for helping make our weekend a success!

Goodnight was very responsive and very nice. We didn’t get the code for the front door before 4 pm. I recommend that you text rather than email it as we did not have any internet and had to call for the code. The house was great- very clean and well- equipped although I thought the towels were skimpy and there were no hooks in any of the bathrooms to hang anything. It would’ve been nice to at least have some salt and pepper . I arranged to have the pool heated and it was not warm when we arrived. it seemed to get colder each day. Good Night was very nice and refunded me the charge for heating the pool but it was disappointing not to be able to stay in the water for long.The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice .

Home met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Just west of the 101 and south of camelback road. Pool table provided great activity during heat of day. Convenient to restaurants, old town and aquarium. Pool was clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be the kitchen chairs are really worn and wobbly, owner should replace them.

Perfect Location

Overall, we had a great stay. The one and really only thing I have to complain about was that the grill did not work. We bought food to grill and ended up throwing it away because we were not able to cook it. We did ask for a lighter to try and get the grill to work, but one never came to the house.

Disappointed

The two good things about this property is the location and the master bed mattress was very comfortable. Unfortunately the house is somewhat falling apart, baseboards pealing, walls need to be cleaned, etc. The major issue is that the pool heater was not working. We paid to heat the pool and still have not received a refund. I am disappointed with the management company’s lack of urgency in resolving this.

This house was not worth the money charged. I paid 4K for a week of stay in the house that was falling apart. The pictures were not representative of the condition of the house. The paint was not just chipped it was falling off the walls. The house was not cleaned well. The floors were so dirty that our socks and house slippers turned black when we walked into the house. There was a bachelorette party or wedding party right before us and there was inappropriate confetti found all over the house and we had kids in our house between the ages of 3 and 11. The dinning room table and chairs were so old that all the chairs were wobbling my mom almost fell of the chairs. There were old big blotches and stains all over white upholstered chairs. The temperature in the house was either too hot or too cold. This house was not well maintained at all. The only reason I am giving it a 2 stars was the communication of the good night team during my stay was very good. The booking process was hard because I booked this through Marriott that uses homes and villas that contracts with Goodnight. Their systems dont connect there can be no traceability if something goes wrong with your reservation. Overall this was not a good experience from booking to stay. I wont be using this service again.

Very nice house

Nice house that suited our needs well. However, since we just stepped off a plane, it would have been nice to have: toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, hand & dish towels & hand soap. Other than those inconveniences, we had a nice stay.

Scottsdale trip

This property looked just like the photos! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend getting it heated. The location was perfect we were right by downtown and the staff was very responsive and helpful leading up to the trip. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend staying here!
