The home is just 10 minutes to ASU and the Phoenix airport, 5 minutes to Mesa, Mesa Community College and Banner Hospital, 15 minutes to Chandler and Old Town Scottsdale, 30 minutes to Gilbert and minutes to Spring Training.

Winter Retreat
My husband and I stayed at "No Shade Allowed" for two months. The house was newly remodeled, clean, and well stocked. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and corrected. We especially enjoyed the private backyard. Thanks Kim for a wonderful stay!

Greatest stay in tempe
We stayed at no shade allowed for a week. My girlfriend and I both work remote and the setup was perfect for this. The location was spot on with restaurants and stores available. I recommend bottle shop 48 craft beer. We will be back later this year! Thank you!
