Arrived at property and the pool was swamp water green. Immediately reached out the property manager and they came the following day, looked and agreed it was not safe to swim in. Said they’d provide a full refund and told us to cancel with Vrbo. They not only haven’t given the full refund agreed to multiple times messaging back & forth, they won’t cooperate with Vrbo to provide said refund. We had to call American Express to get our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
