We were very disappointed to find out that the pool heater was broken (a week before we arrived). A warm pool is top priority when we rent a vacation home. So thankful we had a pickleball court although we had to go buy duct tape to put down the boundary lines. There was one serving bowl in the kitchen so we could not eat family style. We still made the most of it and had a good time

Beautiful home in a nice location. Great potential. Unfortunately, the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this home, was so murky and cloudy that nobody dared enter. So disappointing! We notified the manager and nothing was done.

This house is big but dated and full of the owner's stuff. Not equipped in the kitchen to host a dinner or entertain. Pool chairs were broken, outdoor games worn out. Simple things like enough silverware to set the dining room table. Garage full of stuff so couldn't park inside. Knobs in showers, doors, and cabinets broken or not working. Great for a group of golfers who are going eat out and sleep there. Not ideal for a family with adult kids for Thanksgiving. Keep looking if you are going to spend 1000 a day.

In-house amenities (Kitchen) were good. Upon check-in, it was evident that bathroom trashcans had not been emptiedThis property is only 5 bedrooms (one is an office with bed) and DOES NOT have 6 bedrooms or 6 full bathrooms as advertised.List also claims heated pool and the pool WAS NOT heated during our stay. Pool features are also run remotely by property management and we had to ask daily for them to be turned on. We inquired about heat and did not receive feedback on heating pool.Overall, when renting a 2 MM house, I believe all would expect all items to be functioning without request to fix or manage remotely

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Tim the host was fantastic! This home is absolutely perfect for a large family. We had a blast playing ping pong, pickle ball, horse on the basketball court and just hanging out at the pool! The kitchen has everything you need, as we only ate out one night. The location is outstanding for hiking, golf and site seeing. We will definitely be back! Thanks much Tim!

Awesome House for Families!

We stayed at this house with another family and had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was perfect, from the location to the accommodations to the endless activities that kept our kids entertained! The pool is amazing and we enjoyed countless games of pickleball. There’s orange trees in the yard that not only smell amazing but also provide you with freshly squeezed orange juice thanks to their juicer! The house was spotless and Tim was extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend this location enough if you’re looking for a comfortable, fun place to stay in Arizona!
