This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take a minimum 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees depending on the temperatures outside.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

-A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing the entrance.
-A Ring security camera is positioned to face the backyard and pool area.
-Additional Ring cameras face the gates to the backyard.
-These are solely for security purposes and do not look into any interior spaces.
-There are no indoor cameras of any kind.

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
