Disappointing
Based on the cost per night and the photos we did not have unreasonable or unrealistic expectations however we did not think that the unit/property and everything in it would be so old, tired and worn out or that there would be electrical & plumbing issues.
Host was not present for the check in or check out but did respond to our request for additional pots/pans (there was only 1 small pot, 1 small frying pan and electric fry pan) and a BBQ which my husband had to assemble.
When I notified her of a water leak under the bathroom sink she sent over a repairman who did a temp fix (good enough that it would hold until after we left), we requested that the permanent repair be done after we vacated, the response we got was a text re the AZ landlords rights to enter the property. We at no time indicated that we were denying her access to the property in fact would have be very open to her coming and sitting around to wait for her handyman, what we were fed up with at that point is having to arrange our schedule around the deficiencies/maintenance issues. On a positive the other residents and staff were friendly and very helpful.
I personally would not rent this unit again nor would I be comfortable recommending it.
