- All guest names required at booking
- $1,000 fee applies for evidence of unauthorized gatherings, parties, or unapproved guests
- $250+ cleaning fee applies if property is left in poor condition
- Reservations require both booking and deposit, dates are not held on verbal request alone
- Additional verification may apply for bookings made within 72 hours of arrival or for local Arizona-based guests
