Come relax at this *NEW* resort style Oasis conveniently located within 2 miles of Old Town Scottsdale. Whether you’re interested in lounging poolside, al fresco dining or having a glass of wine by the outdoor fire pit this house is for you.

Welcome to The Monty! Fully renovated in 2019 and newly furnished in 2021 this property has it all:

When you enter you will see the open concept floor plan, perfect for socializing and lounging. Outfitted with plenty of seating for the whole group and a 65" flatscreen smart TV. It is also stocked with several board games and cards to keep you entertained.

Catchup with your friends/family at either one of the two dining areas - inside or outside. Don't feel like cooking? No problem. This house is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife Scottsdale has to offer.

Outside you can relax by the pool or take on your friends in a game of cornhole or giant Jenga. In the evening feel free to unwind as you sit by the fire and watch the sunset.

At bedtime relax in one of the four spacious bedrooms our property has to offer:

**House is equipped with two security cameras. One doorbell camera that monitors who enters the front door and one backyard camera that covers the back of the house entry areas. Perfect oasis for your getaway!

This house is amazing! Beautiful home, fabulous pool and outdoor space, perfect location. The house was very clean, safe, and well stocked with things like towels, soap, kitchen items, etc. The hosts were great to work with - very responsive and helpful. One of the best VRBOs at which we've ever stayed! We can't wait to go back!

Amazing House & Owner!!

This house was everything we imagined and more. We had such an amazing time! The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay, has been kept up very well and is immaculate. Located 6 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, which made Ubers very cheap! We loved the outdoor area, the covered patio, and all the extra floaties they had for the pool! The owner was beyond accommodating and communication was great, always so quick to reply. We had zero issues with anything in the house. Would definitely stay there again, if going with a group! Thanks so much for everything!!

Bachelorette party dream

We rented this for my sister-in-law’s bachelorette and it is the first VRBO I’ve rented where it actually looks better in real life than the listing. Layout of the house was perfect for large groups with living areas separated from the bedrooms. Beautiful, well maintained pool, close to old town with Ubers only $7-10 from the house. Perfection.

Girls weekend

This was a perfect spot for my group of 8. The house was exactly how it is pictured. The backyard and pool provided much needed relaxation for our group! Communication with the property owner was easy and she made sure to check in on us during the weekend. All of us will be back again soon to enjoy this property.
