The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs to stay in for a home cooked meal. The complex has a Hot Tub, BBQ area, Weight Room, and Heated Pool during the winter months. If your traveling to enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer you cannot beat this location. 5 min walk to Old Town and just 10 minute drive to Spring Training, Golf, and much more!
Guest access Guests have the entire condo to themselves. There is no shared spaces. Guests will have access to community amenities which includes pool, hot tub, gym, and game room.
One assigned parking space for the unit and guest parking available.
Please note laundry is on site laundry which you will have access to throughout your stay.
Other things to note IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Clean, tidy & great location.
The condo was nicely updated, well decorated, with great location to nearby shopping or restaurants. It was also fairly close to the highway with easy access to Tempe, Mesa, and/or other parts of Scottsdale. Pretty quite complex with nice people, no safety concerns. Would book here again my next time in town.

We arrived and the place was disguising. It’s one thing to know your staying in a place where others have stayed before you but seeing poo stains in the toilet, someone else’s hair in the sink and in the trash, and the bed clearly slept in, etc. was so beyond gross, it makes me want to stay in hotels… which we went to that night. Two plus months later I still haven’t received my money back. I held off on this review thinking it was a no brainer to give me a refund, I was wrong.
Overall just a simple place to stay! It was comfortable and quiet. Pool was very nice. Would stay again.

Great location! A few items need attention
Great walkability and handy location! Heated Pool and hot tub very nice!
Upon booking, I requested an early checkin. Never heard back. The day of checkin, again I requested an early checkin via the directions sent on the arrival email. No response. Had to reach out to VRBO to get response. When pulling up to the address given, we figured out that unit number applied to several buildings. The Bldg # needs to be listed in the address right next to the unit number for ease of locating. Condo smelled of old cigarettes. We cross ventilated it with the front door and porch doors. Also when booking for our number of family members staying, there were no pillows except for to extra small ‘empty’ pillows on the king bed. The kids used their sweatshirts as pillows. Trying to communicate with the information given was not helpful. Even the emergency number was zero response. Property lists laundry - it’s COIN operated and in a different bldg and different floor - not handy for a traveling family expecting laundry when it’s listed and not clarified. Dishes not clean in cabinets. I tried to reach host to provide feedback directly but didn’t hear back. It really is a nice location - just needs a little more effort and transparency on property mngmt and hosts part…

Clean Cozy Home Away from Home
I fully enjoyed my stay at this property. It is a clean, spacious, quiet property. The space has fresh decor as well as the charm of an older well-built structure. I felt at home within the unit, it had all that I needed. Location was fantastic, including a nearby grocery store. Check in process was super easy.
