We just completed our month long stay and we enjoyed this property. The location was great - shopping close by, pool a short walk away, plenty of hiking areas and restaurants you can walk to. There was a lovely dog park within walking distance. The condo was really well equipped. We have no complaints -- would gladly book again.

Everything was fine but the listing should declare the traffic noise situation to a degree that prospective renters know they will be confronted by high-volume traffic noise both on the patio and in the condo. The noise was so loud and bothersome for us that we could not enjoy the patio and had trouble sleeping at night. We ended up leaving three days early.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was so comfortable. We had a kid sporting event that brought us to Arizona. So we were gone throughout the day a lot. But we did have time to soak up some sun by the pool which was lovely. The condo was clean and felt very safe. The kitchen was great! And the beds were comfy!

Very convenient to lots of activities. 2 miles to McDowell Mountain. 500 feet to Starbucks, 15 minutes from Scottsdale Old Town and spring training baseball. We loved the property and proximity to everything.

Our stay started off with us having to do some extra cleaning. Our condo temperature was at 92 but cooled after a few hours. The manager of the property was easy to contact about issues and resolved by the owner of the property. We liked the location and ended up having a pleasant stay.

Too much road noise

The property was nice. Complex nice. Location of this particular unit was very disappointing. The road noise (traffic) along thhis 6 lane road was out of control. 24/7. Hard to sleep. Very unpleasant for us to walk our dog.

Clean and well located

I had a great stay. The unit was a very clean condo in a large condo complex. It was very comfortable. As described, it is up an outdoor staircase. It is also close to the major street, but I loved the location because I could walk to the drugstore, groceries, restaurants, and a bunch of shops. It was also has a pretty well stocked kitchen which was helpful for cooking. I would only request that you get a better can opener and a first aid kit.
