Mount views and very close to hiking trails. It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house has solar panels with a battery in case power goes out. It has top quality water softener. It has been equipped with a washer and dryer in unit. Keypad door for your convenience and your control remote for the garage. This place offers a private and beautiful landscape backyard. All furniture is brand-new as well as all the accessories. Mattress is top quality with a topper for your comfort. It has also its own car garage with extra room for some storage with a mid size vehicle. Granite countertops and fresh paint. Clean and neat place to live in. Close to 202 and all all stores within 3 miles distance.

This house has a king size bed for one person or a couple, there is also a pull out couch full size bed. So it fits comfortably 3 people. It offers a great landscaped and relaxing backyard.
