Loved the home and property. The only things we needed were the clothes we brought and fill the fridge - they really thought of everything else. Loved loved the pool area with included fire pit and outdoor eating area. 10/10 for us!

Great view and location

The house was perfect for our party of three and could easily have accommodated one or two more adults. We loved eating at the outdoor table and there were plenty of indoor spaces to read or watch TV. The house is close to shopping and just a few minutes away from a really beautiful public park with a walking path and shaded playground. We would stay here again.

Nice peaceful property with an amazing view

Very nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all things Fountain Hills has to offer. The private backyard oasis is fantastic and the view is spectacular.

Great Stay in Fountain Hills

We loved this property in Fountain Hills! It was perfect for our family. It was clean and had every amenity we needed. We loved eating out by the pool and swimming in front of magnificent mountain and desert views. We would stay her again. I hope to!

Backyard Haven

The owners of the property responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. The house is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants and hub to drive to other towns/counties. It was clean, well-appointed and nicely decorated. The online photos of the backyard do not do it justice. It was very private and serene; I could have spent our entire stay there. The sounds of all the birds added to the experience. We saw quail, doves, finches, a coyote family. There is no one behind you - just nature, on the right you can't see the backyard of the other neighbor and the neighbor to the left was ample foliage for total privacy. We paid for the heated pool, and it was worth every penny!! It was just my husband and I on this trip but would definitely come back with our you adult kids or girl's trip.

What a gem!

This was an absolute gem. Beautiful, spacious home with a gorgeous view. We found it to be very clean and very comfortable.Hosts were great communicators. If I find myself in the Phoenix area, will definitely rent again.

Peaceful Escape

This house is a peaceful escape in the heart of Fountain Hills! The sun rises beautifully over the unobstructed desert view in the backyard and is a nice quiet place to start the day with a cup of coffee by the pool. There are plenty of comfy spaces in the house with various seating areas and TVs too. Bathrooms are also very clean and spa-like. We enjoyed our winter break here very much!

Beautiful home in fountain hills

This property was very nice and beautiful and had everything you could need and more! Situated on band land- it was incredible for watching sun rises and sun sets out in the yard!
