• Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver is required before check-in for all guests.

• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and any violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.

• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, with additional cameras over the garage and side access gate. These devices are used only to verify occupancy and for emergency/security purposes.

• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut noise and occupancy sensor is installed to help ensure respectful volume levels. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.

• Garage Access: The garage is not available for guest use during your stay.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please reach out in advance if you need extra time to avoid this fee.
