Great backyard, great location but the details make a difference
We had a great stay in Scottsdale. The house is in a nice location near central Scottsdale and close to activities and restaurants. The property management was very communicative and responsive to the few issues we had. We arrived about 90 minutes early and they allowed us to check in early noting the final check had not been done, but we could tell the cleaners were done. Despite the bleach smell, the floor was very dirty and we ended up having to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the floor (understanding some dirt is expected in the desert). The biggest issue we had was the washer would only wash on hot, despite selecting cold wash (faded some swim suits and clothes before we realized it was all hot). Not being able to do laundry was a challenge with four young kids. They sent a team member out to check the machine, but it was not able to be fixed immediately. If you rely on a washer while visiting, I would recommend confirming that it is fixed. Some of the outside furniture and games were broken (can tell it is a house that sees a lot of bachelor/bachelorette groups), but the overall outdoor space is fantastic for kids with lots to do, even with cooler temps.
