Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Registered Guests Only: While this property is ideal for entertaining, for liability reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the premises after quiet hours. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. Please note that the City of Phoenix enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations could result in fines and the potential removal of this listing from various platforms.
Security and Monitoring:

Security Cameras: A security camera is installed at the front door to monitor actual occupancy and for emergency use only. No other security cameras or recording devices are installed on the property.

Noise and Occupancy Monitoring: The property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. This device does not record actual sounds or conversations; it solely monitors noise levels in decibels.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
