The patio is large and sunny, as you can walk straight out to the center greenbelt and large very old beautiful trees….. 2 pools, one heated and one hot tub assigned parking and guest parking. Spring Training Time

Good experience considering the difficulty of finding a place during spring training. Generally a good little place to stay, very quiet and a good location. There were a couple of electrical issues with a living room fan that couldn’t be turned off and a dining room light that quit working but the bulb was OK.
