The place is stark white and you are advised not to use anything. Check-in took us over 1 hour as we have to ptovide detailed assessment of each part of the property and supply photos. A dog i. The house behind us kept us uo for 2 night straight, so we left early. The property manager told us to call the police, which we did, but it turns out its an HOA issue, and the priperty manager did not know that.

Baseball Heaven

This VERBO is immaculate. The owner was attentive to our needs. The backyard putting green was a big hit. The televisions were huge , which made watching March Madness fun for our group. It has all you need for a week of Spring training baseball for the Cincinnati Reds or the Cleveland Guardians. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Goodyear park, saving on parking. There are dozens of food and activity choices in the area. Highly recommend

From start to finish our experience was amazing! The home is immaculate! Communication with the owner was great! So much space and comfort! We didn’t use the pool or community amenities but they looked great and the access was provided clearly by the owner. Would give the highest recommendation possible!
