The host was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately the neighbors upstairs are loud all night long. Moving furniture, walking loudly back and forth, vacuuming etc. They had a party one night that did not end until the next day at 11 a.m. Almost daily we had to walk through weed smoking. The complex is not very well kept and there were many skechy neighbors. The apartment was comfortable and clean however we had a few large roaches to deal with and no a/c during the winter months you can only access heat; we went out and purchased multiple fans to stay cool.

It would have been nice to know that there were 3 little kids upstairs with tiny feet running around all day/night and EARLY in the morning. Also there were no cocktail glasses. There was one small wine glass and 4 tall wine glasses..maybe spend 20 at Walmart and provide glassware.
