We have sleeping space for up to 6 guests in addition to the open concept living and dining areas. The entire home is spacious and single-level. You’ll love the ultra-modern chic furnishings and decor, especially the master bedroom with an amazing wall-sized closet with lights and an en suite bathroom. Each of the other bedrooms is outfitted with new linens for a great night’s rest after a fun day of exploring the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a 4-person kitchen dining area, an 8-person large dining table, and spacious bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We also have a game room with a ping pong table and TV, with room for an air mattress if you need extra sleeping space.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with 3 adults and two teens. The pool was freezing but that’s to be expected this time of year since it isn’t heated. We enjoyed the putting green, game room and the open floor plan with everything being clean and updated too. The beds were a little too firm for us but that’s just our preference. Location was perfect! Close to so much shopping and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

We chose this place mostly to use the grill outside which was not working (neither was the firepit) and when we contacted the property manager, they said they would get back to us which took 1 hour to do so. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for my family. I would stay again if they fix the outside amenities

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This house has a lot to offer. If you need to be in Scottsdale this is a perfect location. They have several things to do at the house from playing ping pong, practicing putting, swimming or just relaxing in the open concept living/kitchen area. Rent this one - you won’t regret it!

Perfect!!

This property was perfect for a girls’ getaway. The place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great pool and backyard area. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen was so lovely; a great place to congregate and chat. There were plenty of dishes and other kitchen accessories. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with cute extras like body wash and lotion. There were three of us ladies and we all commented on how comfy the beds were! They also had extra blankets throughout the house which was cozy, and towels for the pool. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt very safe. This house was so spacious and I could see it being a great house for families and larger groups. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice home.

Enjoyed my stay. Was in town to visit with my mother. Location not only close to where my mom lives. But the area which I am familiar with is close to so much to do including Sprouts grocery which is where I bought food. Great store for healthy food choices. I used the putting green several times. My 89 yr old mom even enjoyed putting with me.This was the first time in her life. Great place to stay.

House was great, clean and easy to check in. Our only complaint was the pool was dirty and full of bugs, also very cold but thats not your fault. Also landscaping was very over grown, not a big deal to us but thought you should know. My other thing we wish ceiling fans worked when lights were off. Other then that the place was awesome and would recommend to friends.

Love this property! The house is beautifully updated and the backyard perfect! My kids age 7 and 5 loved the pool and putting green. The house comes with everything you need. We were able to cook whatever we needed. The beds were great and bathrooms updated and clean. Check in was seamless. Definitely recommend staying here.

Overall the property is nice, pleasant and convenient. The bedrooms get too much heat relative to the main area, so we needed to turn the thermostat down at night and close the air ducts somewhat. The washing machine was not working properly while we were there.
