Completely remodeled home in 2022. Property was set up for travelers looking for a luxury stay packed with fun and comfort. Open concept floor plan that centers around the fully stocked custom kitchen. Granite counters and top of the line appliances for the chef in the family. Breakfast bar and dining area with seating for larger groups. You want to leave this game room with one of a kind billiards table and multiple arcade games positioned around the bar and overlooking the oasis backyard.

Master bedroom retreat with King sized bed and luxurious Master bathroom that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Guest bedrooms also feature King sized beds and high quality mattresses for a good nights sleep.

Backyard features include brand new pool and custom putting green to work on your short game while on vacation. Multiple seating areas for family or friend gatherings in a private setting.

Stunning property but freezing pool in the winter

We highly enjoyed our stay at this property. I travelled to Phoenix for a few days with my three teenage children to bond with them and have a nice mid-winter vacation. We chose this property because it gave off a luxurious feeling inside and had a pool and hot tub in the back. The property did end up being gorgeous inside. Whoever did the interior design has excellent taste. The hot tub was also high quality and we spent a lot of time inside it. The only major negative of our stay was the pool. Unfortunately, there was no pool heater and in the February this pool felt like an ice bath. It was practically unusable as a pool. However, we made lemonade out of lemons and we treated it like a cold plunge. We would stay for a while in the hot tub and then we would plunge into the pool for about 30 seconds, shivering away, and then go right back into the hot tub. Rinse and repeat several times.All in all, it didn’t end up detracting from our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with all the rest of the amenities. I was just surprised that the listing advertises the pool as a primary feature and it turns out to be unsuitable for a regular swim during the winter months. A warning would have been nice. I still recommend staying here, especially for the price. And if you are coming April-November I’m sure the pool also will work out just fine.

Nice but there is no pool heater…cold cold water!

The house is very nice but lights are bright with no dimming capabilities and no lamps in the living areas etc the bedrooms. It was so bright at night. Prefer dimming or lamps. After we rented we learned there is not a pool heater at this home. Ice cold water. We would have liked to use the pool. The oven was flashing a repair code and we could not use the entire time. We had purchased groceries to use the oven, so this was an issue. We let the manager know but heard nothing. The outlets in the master bathroom did not work we tried resetting the gfi to no avail. Also let the manager know. They did nothing. The house only has 2 lounge chairs outside. Definitely need a few more. We loved the putting green. Need a few more golf bslls. There were only 3. The air conditioning does not work well in the three guest bedroooms. They were very warm at night. Also the listing mentions king beds in the guest rooms in one place and queen in another. We arrived and they were all queen except the master. This is misleading. Please correct your listing.

Amazing Find

This home was stunning and exactly what we needed. We planned a game night challenge, and we were able to incorporate the golf, pool table and free-standing arcades into the fun. A perfect place for all of us (6 adults) to come together and enjoy each other's company. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great entertaining area

Booked this stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We had a total of 10 people over, and it was perfect for entertaining during the day, and fit everyone well for dinner in the evening. We'll definitely try booking this one first next time we need a stay out in Arizona.

Everything you need!

The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great stay. Weather was record highs but since we had the pool, putting green and game room we had plenty of things to do to keep us cool during the extreme heat! A perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. Very clean house and great location.

Promises but no action

We arrived on Friday February 16. I contacted Bart Pautz concerning tv problems on Saturday February 17. We went back and forth for a week by text. I finally gave up rather than to continue aggravating myself. The problem was never resolved . Bart would NEVER call me and made no effort to resolve. The house floors were filthy. Where's some refund?

Stunning Property

We had an amazing time, beautiful property, absolutely spotless and with amazing amenities. I might be addicted to Pac-Man now and certainly improved my putting! Great location, close to spots for hiking, bars/restaurants etc. We will def be back. Only slight criticism would be communication regarding check in. We had a 2 year old and after a flight wanted early check in but didn’t know if it was happening or not until very last minute and I had requested over a week in advance.
