My stay was okay. The bed had a body sized divot along the leading edge. If the mattress was rotated the sleeper could avoid the feeling of rolling onto floor. Pillows were flat and useless. The bathroom was interesting. Great lighting, many thick clean towels provided, toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) were nice to have. The lack of baseboards seemed a bit off as it appears to be a diy project (same with the rest of the studio), so lacks a finished look. The bath/shower is my biggest reason for a 3* rating. Again the caulking looks owner applied, the tub is old, stained and unsanitary. Super cheesy shower curtain was creepy. Turning the shower flow on is a frustrating experience- I felt as I would pull faucet off the tiled wall by pulling up the lever to deliver flow of water. Location not noisy as I expected since it was very near PHX but flight path of jets must be restricted. Come 5:00AM I could hear the planes. Not an issue for me as I rise early anyway. Same for the traffic- I was not affected but there is potential for disturbance. Kitchen was well equipped and clean so that’s a plus. Parking was fine… very close to studio. Felice was challenged when I messed my online booking but persevered through it for me and everything was ironed out. Yay! I was hoping to find a binder with info as far as the cooler operation, the trick for the shower, the wifi info (it was provided but in my VRBO experience there has been an informational binder)
