Beautiful furnished condo in the Carefree Resort with private entrance on the ground floor, approx. 1,300 sq. ft. This includes a large kitchen, fully-equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, many utensils. A spacious well furnished living room with Internet/cable TV with lots of channels. A large bedroom with comfortable Queen bed with an overhead fan, and linens. Large bathroom with oversize tub and a separate shower, and a sizable walk-in closet for storage. Towels. The fireplace is not operational. A lovely covered outdoor patio with chairs for morning coffee while enjoying Arizona. Restaurants and shopping close by in Carefree and Cave Creek. Very close to hiking and golf. The condo is in a gated community, with a beautiful shared pool and spa.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
