Nicely Updated, Clean, and Convenient Scottsdale Condo

This well stocked 2br, 2ba condo has everything we needed for an especially enjoyable 5 week stay. It's in an attractive and quiet gated community with covered parking. The kitchen, baths, and flooring have all been tastefully updated and the beds and furniture are comfortable. The master bath has two sinks and an extra large attractive shower. In addition there are two walk-in closets that provide ample storage. My wife cleans houses and this unit is one of the few that met her high cleanliness standards. The only minor improvement recommendation would be to update the balcony furniture to be more comfortable. Marcia is a pleasure to work with. We needed to make a couple of adjustments to our stay and she was always easy to work with and very accommodating. We enjoyed the convenient location with countless options for activities, restaurants, and shopping nearby. We highly recommend this condo and we definitely plan to return the next time we're in Scottsdale.

Wonderful Place

We loved this condo. It was completely re done and was beautiful! The grounds are very well kept and the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. People were very friendly. The location is great for groceries and anything else you might need. Lots of restaurants close by. We would recommend this condo for a relaxing stay!

Great Place!

The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. It was within a short driving distance to shopping and restaurants (some within walking distance), and had a wonderful walking/biking path easily accessible from the condo. The pool, hot tub, and grounds were so clean and well-maintained. There were also nice pickleball courts. Really friendly neighbors/residents too. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!
