Magnificent 2-bedroom 2.5 baths Golf Villa in Troon North That Outlooks the 9th Hole -Beautiful View-. (The house Comes with a fully stocked bar with Wine all Inclusive!!). And for you Coffee Lovers, it has a stainless-steel Nespresso Machine with pods ready for use. Living Room comes with a Huge 85" Smart Tv (Perfect for Entertaining)
The space
The inside of the home is light and bright with large picture windows that surround the living areas. The first floor has gorgeous stone tile in the entryway, kitchen and living room. In the Living room has a furnished and comfy couch that would sleep three. The kitchen features solid granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Also Included to use is stainless Steel Nespresso Machine with pods ready for use. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and the dining table will seat six people comfortably.
The living room has an 85” flat screen TV, Stereo, Blu-Ray and a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to the furnished patio and the gas grill. The first Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King bed, armoire with TV, and a sliding door to the patio area. The master bathroom has two sinks, walk in closet and walk in shower.
The upstairs loft is a furnish bookshelf that folds out into a Murphy Bed with a 55’ Flat Screen TV for your comfort. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master bedroom upstairs has a King size Therapeutic bed, private en-suite bathroom for spare bedroom band access to a private balcony with views of Pinnacle Peak Mountain.
The community amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and a gym. The home is located on the Troon North Golf Club and near The Four Seasons Resort. The home also features Hi-Speed WiFi Access.
