Featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3,100 square feet, this home is perfect for larger groups or corporate gatherings. The Living space features an 80" TV and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Included is a stocked bar with wells liquor, which can be customized with high end liquor of your choice for an additional charge upon request.
The gourmet kitchen includes Thermador range and appliaces that will impress the best of chefs. Open concept kitchen so you can watch TV while you entertain and cook. For the coffee lovers, enjoy a high end Jura automatic espresso and coffee machine with a fresh variety of beans will be provided for your enjoyment.
Gorgeous resort style backyard with covered patio, pool, fire pit, outdoor 65" TV, traeger grill, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy Phoenix's perfect 'winter' weather. Enjoy the evening poolside (heated upon request with deposit) with a cozy fire ring table and outdoor heaters for cooler nights.
The Master bedroom includes a King bed, infrared sauna, 80" TV, large jetted bathtub, shower, dual vanities and private toilet room.
The 2nd bedroom includes a King Bed with full ensuite and complete office workstation. Office set up includes a sit/stand desk, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse.
