This place is a scam

Booked this place and paid! Never heard from the owner and time of check in ghosted me. Then dealing with VRBO was brutal. They didn’t offer me another place and I had to find my own hotel at much higher costs. Please take this place off your website, I am not the only one who’s had this issue

Scam

The unit number of the property my family and I had booked did not exist. When presented to vrbo they promised me another property but then never contacted me again throughout my entire trip. Luckily I found a hotel (at double the cost). Weeks later I am still waiting on some sort of reimbursement that was promised. Very poor customer service from vrbo and I thought this was a legit company but I was wrong. Not only did I have to find my own place last minute but I had to front over three times the amount of what I was expected to spend for lodging. Vrbo is a horrible joke
