Amazing mountain views and hundreds of miles of trails just outside your front door. This top floor condo in an immaculate complex is nestled against the mountain preserve. This resort-like gated community has a heated pool, jacuzzi; fitness center; and well appointed clubhouse and game room. Centrally located just north of downtown Phoenix with easy access to major freeways. The community is very quiet and secure with elevator access direct from the parking garage. Urban living at its finest.

The unit was fully remodeled in 2021 with luxury finishings. It has a private balcony and incredible mountain views. It has a dedicated workspace and comfortable office chair and frequent views of hummingbirds as they frequent the feeder on the balcony.

Full sized washer and dryer within the condo, butcher block kitchen counter-top, farmhouse sink and high speed internet. The North Mountain Preserve contains hundreds of miles of trails that are great for both hiking and biking. Access trails are located just steps from the community so no need to get into the car. Several new restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, make this a fantastic place to spend some time.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk chair.
