A wide open kitchen opens to the rec area (with a pool table), a dining area and a living room. Our place was completely remodeled in 2020 and has everything you need to make your stay a fun, relaxing, memorable experience. Enjoy our private pool and a cup of coffee or glass of wine on our patio area.

Highly recommend!

Truly one of the best vrbos we have had a chance to “live in” for our time in Arizona. Location is close to everything including chandler and asu, chandler and freeways. Gorgeous very safe neighborhood that was fun to walk around and explore. Space is huge with great pool area with tons of pool seating which is important to me. Will stay again!

Excellent stay....

Our family rented this beautiful house, to see our famliy member graduate. This house is super clean and very large. They have many amenities, great blankets and towels and an amazing master bathroom. The backyard is beautiful with, a pool, grill, and seating for the whole family. This house has everything you need. We were so happy with this unit that we want to reserve again when, it gets hotter. The host was extremely easy to deal with aswell. Definitely, a gem in Tempe.

Great house! Had everything you could think of.

Had a great stay, 3 of us came down to visit a friend who lived in AZ, the youngest was 59! The bedrooms where great and beds comfy! The master bed room shower and tub were amazing. Kitchen had anything you would ever need plus! The location was perfect for what we needed, you can find everything, food groceries gas within just a min or so drive. Nice neighborhood. Was an A+ stay, thank you Cathy for the quick responses to question!

Loved the spacious open concept which accommodated our party of eight adults and one infant. Nice to have high chair and pack-n-play. Equipped with most necessities. Appliances new. Only issue we had is that our socks were black. Hard floors vacuumed but not washed. We would definitely return when visiting family in the future. 👍

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. We were visiting relatives in Chandler, so the location was convenient as well. Our family really appreciated the pool table and patio/pool.

Home away from home

This property was an absolute ideal home to be away from home for 2-weeks.. All the amenities needed to be there. Cookware, utensils, seasonings..... everything. They even supplied coffee/filter, sugar. You just need to get the food you want to eat. Felt safe and very comfortable. Pam was awesome with communications and will use this home again when we stay in Tempe again.

Definitely stay here again if life brings us back to Phoenix. Pool table and the pool were a huge plus for us. Plus the wide open area was great for gathering and hanging out.

Beautiful home but, many miscommunications & we treated differently than previous guests.

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends & family. Yes, the house was beautiful. But, here are a few reasons we wouldn't stay here again. The Pro is that the house looked just like the pictures. The Cons were: - it was communicated to us that we couldn't have any alcohol but, the guest prior to us had full trash bags all over the side of the house with beer bottles and cans all over. Plus the outside garbage can was jammed packed. This is something that the homeowner was aware of and should have been cleaned before we arrived. - There's only two TV's in the house and the master bedroom TV did not work. I explained this to the homeowner multiple and there wasn't a fix for it. - Lack of toiletries. For example there was only one and a half rolls of toilet paper in the house (per bathroom). With there being multiple ppl staying the night there should be additional rolls per bathroom however, it was explained that there was a total of 6 rolls for the house and I was told "that should be enough." - The guest bathroom by the front door had issues flushing after one use. My uncle actually had to take a plunger to it just so it would work. - The pool was beautiful but there are no tree for any shade so the sun beams on you the entire time. They have a wasp problem. We couldn't get into the pool for longer than 15 minutes without being chased. I recommend they provide Citronella candela or look into spraying for the guest can enjoy their time. - We we also told by Cathy, the property manager that we had to basically clean the entire house from top to bottom (which we did) before leaving if we wanted to stay there. But, we still charged a cleaning fee. Pretty ridiculous. Overall, I'm happy to have a place for my family & I could stay and enjoy each other I just wish it was under better circumstances.
