Our 1st floor condo has tropical patio with walkout directly to heated pool. Complete renovation in 2021 w/beautiful finishes. Gated community with one assigned Parking space and plenty of guest parking. Fully appointed kitchen has woodblock countertops, washer and dryer, ss appliances. The living rm has a smart TV, high ceilings, comfortable couch. Bdrm has a queen bed, black out curtains, smart tv, desk and dresser. Bath has glass door walk-in shwr, vanity. This condo is in the Racquet club, beautiful courts for playing tennis and pickleball! Lot's of areas to walk and heated pools. Pet friendly community.
