The LUX @ Craftsman 6-plex is located directly in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The West facing units are in close proximity to other business, but most operate during daytime business hours. Although this complex is built the state of the art sound dampening materials, there still may be noise after dark from the neighboring businesses & street as well as adjacent units.
Parking is limited to what is available on Craftsman Court or any neighboring streets on a first come first served basis. There is also a 5 level parking garage with free parking just one block East.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean and well appointed the location is perfect. Most of Scottsdale is walkable. Only complaint is trash truck empties and dumpster in the alley every morning at 4 AM which is very loud. Otherwise really liked the stay.

Fantastic space!
We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is meticulously maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything works as it should, which seems to be something that often goes wrong in private rentals. The location is PERFECT where you can just walk to so much!
The team was very connected if you needed them, and eager to help in any way they can. I appreciate a place with this much privacy versus a space where you're attached to someone's private home. I also really love that they didn't have some massive list of mandatory things to do before you leave. Those are what usually keep me away from private rentals.
This will be our go-to spot moving forward when we travel to Scottsdale.

The LUX property was awesome. The facility was perfect. We had the 3rd floor penthouse which was pristine throughout. Every detail was perfect. They even have an elevator for personnel that have difficulty with stairs or to assist with luggage. Perfectly located for easy walks to all the attractions and wine tasting rooms. We can't wait to return again.

Perfect spot for a few night getaway. It was great to be able to walk right out our door and be in the heart of downtown and old town. Everything you need is outside your door-shopping, restaurants, nightlife, wine tasting etc.
Communication with Rick Kenworthy was excellent. (Read information from him carefully for intial entry to the unit since it is on the 3rd floor and private elevator use is needed for taking luggage to the unit.) A few maintenance issues were addressed immediately and corrected. Property is new and clean. Very good location in Old Town.
