The pool can be heated at an additional cost between the months of November and April. All rooms offer TVs. There is an office/den with a workspace. Nestled in a gated community, with ample parking. Even room to park a boat or trailer. Community offers parks and walking paths. Only 2 miles from the Westgate Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, Desert Diamond Casino, Tanger Outlets, and all the restaurants and entertainment you could want! Near the freeway for quick access to downtown Phoenix, and the Sky Harbor Airport. Also, very near Spring Training Fields.

We loved this home & the backyard. The house was very roomy with ample space throughout. We enjoyed the backyard and pool and the BBQ + Gazebo & outfoor TV. It was very relaxing and we loved the neighborhood. Very convenient location close to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Getaway

We had a great time! The pool was perfect for little kids and heated when we arrived. The yard was set up for BBQing, s’mores and many fun outdoor activities. Neighborhood felt safe and we walked to the local parks daily. Lots to do just a short drive away. We will definitely be back!
