Older adult mom stayed with young adult son to visit nearby school. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms were spacious. Great bathroom layout. Lighting in room so-so. Weekday meals provided - not great cuisine, but they certainly do try & will save you a few dollars. Full breakfast. Used work out room which had two treadmills and good elliptical and free weights - got fairly decent workouts. Visited in January - did not use pool

Staff was very friendly which made our stay very nice. The food service people in the morning worked very hard and were nice. Room was very sizable and the kitchenette was very manageable.

The suite is awesome. Got kitchen and lounge area. Close to restaurants and highway. They were renovating the kitchen when we were there so the access to the kitchen from our room was a little hassle, but I think it's different now. This hotel is big, so expect a long walk to your room if they give you the middle part. Breakfast is simple. Other than that, we had a great stay here.

It was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were clean. They were remodeling so had a hard time getting in at first, but other than that no complaints

This is a good hotel. Location is very convenient around shopping centers and lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

I have stated at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Metro Center four different occasions and another Homewood Suites in Baltimore, MD. In the pass I have been very satisfied with Homewood Suites; however I was very disappointed with my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix. Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix kitchen cabinet door was broken, two handles on the dresser were broken, refrigerated ice maker was broken, and water pressure was low. Another disappointment was Television all channels had advertisement to the left of the screen very annoying and 50% of the channels were set aside for paid preview.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good customer service. The only con was that the location was to close to the fwy but overall it was awesome!

the room was great for my family of 7. We had room to spread out 2 bathrooms and space for everyone to move around. had a pool. quiet. it was like having 3 seperate rooms in 1 hotel room. 2 bathrooms was great when you have 4 girls.

This is a great hotel. The hotel was very clean, the room was exactly as pictured. The breakfast was not that great, not a big selection and was almost gone when we got there at 8:30. The hotel is close to a lot of resturants. Will definetely stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.

We stayed here after a friend's birthday party. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Though the room wasn't huge, the separate sitting area was great for a quiet place to read or watch a TV show different from the one on in the bedroom. The full fridge and microwave were VERY useful. The free breakfast is first come first served and, though it is advertised as 'until 10am', there was never any food left after 9 so i don't know what it's like, but get there early if you want to eat. There aren't enough available outlets to charge phones, plug in flat irons, etc. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Excellent value in the Phoenix area.

Good value for the price. First time we've stayed at a suite. Had to be in Phoenix (family in Peoria and Wittman) to get a good price on a room as we had to have 2 rooms. Can't get a good price on most hotels in Peoria/Glendale area. Pool towels not replaced until all were gone. Breakfast buffet area should be a bit bigger Maintenance adequate, but could use a bit of updating. Some doors missing in kitchens. Very clean. Food good. Hot food should be kept a bit warmer. Handicapped accessible rooms a bit of a walk from dining room. Will definitely stay again.

We staid here for one night. The manager was very nice and helped us with our questions. The room had plenty of space and it was clean , quite and nice. Had everything we needed. We visit a nice Italian restaurant close to the hotel which had great food.

After a fairly long flight we stopped overnight at this hotel in Phoenix as we were on our way to the Grand Canyon. The room was quiet a pretty well furnish. Additional bathroom products (shampoo, etc) would better support family travelers.

Price was awesome. Management was awesome. Rooms were awesome. Beds were awesome. And if that isn't enough, Mon-Thur they serve a free dinner with complimentary beer and wine. Definitely a treat for a family of six on a tight budget. That extra money came in handy as we toured the city and all its attractions. AWESOME!

Even though the stay was wonderful and clean, with a good complimentary breakfast, there are little staff on hand. Which kinda makes me wonder how we would have been treated if something went wrong. But they made it work..... I guess they have all there ducks in order :D I got a smoking room and I don't smoke, but there was very little smoky smell in the rooms, the hallway was bad. I loved having a kitchen in my room. Overall it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Great place to stay!

easy access to highways. excellent breakfast every day and dinner Mon-Thurs so saved a lot on food. Very nice staff and helpful. Went to find house to relocate and staff very helpful. Edith was very nice and friendly during our meals!!

It was a very peaceful atmosphere.

This hotel, located north of Phoenix, has had room makeovers recently and is very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast and have dinner Monday thru Thursday. The lobby area is a great place to meet and get to know business associates. There are excellent restaurants in the area that you can walk to or that are within a short drive. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at.
