Room was spacious and over all clean except there was a pet odor that was a little annoying. Other than that a good place to stay.
Good location especially for passing through the West Valley from California to Tucson. Located near plenty of commercial places and food options.

New hotel, beautiful lobby with fireplace, lots of seats and games to play. Rooms were spotless, bed very comfortable. Dogs stay for free.
The problem with this property was primarily Orbitz fault. They listed this property as pet friendly. When we arrived we were told only dogs under $35 lbs. (ours is not) and then they charged $75. additional making the total for one night over $200. Outside is just a large dirt area. There was no breakfast available except cold cereal despite sign offering bagels and cream cheese and no one behind the counter.
