THE SPACE
Newly renovated with stunning finishes and details perfected, this home in the heart of North Scottsdale is the perfect oasis for all guests looking to relax in an open space.

From top restaurants and shopping, to venues to take the children, it is all minutes away. Perfectly situated in Kierland, you’re In the midst of the best Scottsdale has to offer.

Master Bedroom 1 & Ensuite Bathroom : Spacious and luxurious. this bedroom features a large King bed with a memory foam mattress. There’s a huge bathroom space with shower and tub for you to truly relax in. Next to the bathroom, there’s a huge walk in closet as well. When you want to cozy up in bed, you can kick on the aroma therapy and watch the 65` 4K TV. This room also has private door access to the backyard area.

Bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, and towels. Black makeup towels are also provided.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 - Each room features a queen memory foam mattresses and each has a 4K TV. These rooms are also equipped with aroma therapy machines to ensure a restful nights sleep. Option for blackout curtains are featured in both.

Work From Home / Futon Area : Whether you want to use this room to work from home or sleep an extra guest or two, this spacious room at the front of the house is set for both and able for the home to sleep 8! High speed wifi over 600mbps makes it a reliable work space.

Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

Bathroom : Centered in the hall is a bathroom for bedrooms 2+3 that features a shower. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer are provided for your stay.
Bathrooms are complete with 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided.


Powder Room : In the hallway, you will find a powder bathroom with toilet. No detail is left behind here when you take a look at just how beautiful this bathroom is.

Pool, Ping Pong, BBQ : With a fenced-off pool, parents can feel at ease. The pool heater can only heat the pool to about 20° above the air temperature. It will be set on for your stay (unless we are in summer months where it is unnecessary).
The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and a large umbrella for you to kick back, read a favorite book, or just relax!

**Please note: We will only run the pool heater from October to May.**

There’s a ping pong table and equipment ready for you to have a little bit of fun! Want more fun? Open the tv console with favorite classic games!

While you are surrounded by some of the best restaurants Arizona has to offer, there is a gas grill for when you want to stay outdoors to have a good ol fashion BbQ

Kitchen & Dining : Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen equip with cooking essentials - spices, olive oil, pots/pans, etc.
4 people can dine at the waterfall kitchen island or 6 can dine at the kitchen table.

Washer/Dryer : There is a full laundry room for your use with detergent provided.

For those who are traveling with a child/infant, we do have a pack n play in bedroom 3, children dish/silverware and toys.

Pet friendly for an additional pet fee of $100! The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

*Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later.

***We`d like to make you aware that on a property like this, we do have scheduled outdoor care which we will remind you of.
*On Tuesdays, the pool gets serviced between 10-11 AM
*The 3rd Friday of the month, pest control sprays outside between 7-9AM
*On Saturday, every other week, the landscaper quickly comes between 9-12PM

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
