we like the convenient location of the property, but it is starting to show its age. It's nice that they have a breakfast buffet, and tea/coffee station in the lobby. But the hot water tastes terrible, and makes the tea taste terrible. It's nice that there's a place to fill your water bottle in the hallway but that water tastes terrible too. Not sure why, but maybe you need a filter?

Disappointed about price. I made our reservation in January for the March 17th stay and was quoted $272 plus tax. My friend made a reservation on March 16 for the 17. She was quoted $178 plus tax. Also, she had a much nicer room that overlooks the pool and had a balcony. We overlooked the parking lot and didn’t have a balcony. I just feel that is a big difference in price especially when our room was inferior

Very comfortable room, we loved the balcony. Nice ammenities in the room, great plush towels. Breakgast included was fine, fairly basic. We loved being able to walk to a restaurant for dinner, there were many choices. The lodging is nestled in the center of a cute small town with a nice garden, a landmark sundial, and a fireplace! The hotel itself had a pool and a firepit. Our only disappointment was that the hottub was out of order.
