Hacienda luxury condo in desired adult community east of Phx, views

This super cute, newly remodeled condo has a lovely outdoor seating area with mountain views. Peaceful adult community with fabulous amenities of heated pool, tennis, pickleball, and 2000 sq ft brand new fitness center.
On the ground level is a kitchen, dining room, bar, fireplace (wood burning- Duralog), desk (free wifi) and chair, living room and access to patio. Living room sofa is also a Queen sleeper. Upstairs are the Master bedroom (K) with ensuite Master bath (shower) and walk-in closet as well as the guest bedroom (Q) with bath (tub) accessed from hallway.
Each room has TV on cable : 60" in the living room (Smart TV), 55" in the Master and 42" in the guest bedroom.
Golf cart available for rent at additional cost, please contact me for more information, garage parking for 2 cars.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful condo wonderful neighborhood

Perfect condo for what I was looking for. It was lacking nothing and had all the conveniences of home. Bright and warm, a perfect location within the community, comfortable and nicely decorated. Joe (owner) will check in on you to make sure you have what you need and then leave you to enjoy your time but will go out of his way in case you do need anything. Wonderful friendly community and owner. Totally happy I rented there and would again in a heartbeat...
