You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire property, except for the garage.

Parking: Room for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is available but requires a permit Mon–Fri (one temporary pass is available—please ask in advance, and we’ll leave it out).

Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in via smart lock or keypad; we’ll send detailed instructions in advance.

Shared Areas: None—this is your private home during your stay.

Local Amenities: We’ll provide a guidebook with neighborhood highlights, recommended restaurants, grocery stores, and concierge services.
Other things to note
Pool & Safety: No diving. Please supervise kids at all times. We have posted pool rules and kindly request you follow them.

Pool heating / spa fees: $90 per night with three night minimum.

Noise sensing / cameras: There are three exterior cameras installed for security purposes. They are not actively monitored.

Camera 2: Installed on SE corner, covers front yard
Camera 3: Installed on NE corner, covers pool area
Noise Monitor: Installed over back patio dining table- only measures decibel levels

Cleaning & turnover: We employ professional cleaning after each stay. Please leave the home in reasonable condition.

Permits & compliance: The home is legally permitted for short-term rentals and meets local safety codes.
