Our Approx. 800 SF Duplex has a new lovely bathroom and both the Kitchen and bath have granite countertops. We have kept the original mid-century modern dyed concrete floor for a very cool space. The kitchen has almost everything you need if you like to cook! Fenced yard with turf landscaping. Patio with table and Umbrella.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
