Inside Scottsdale's Gainey Ranch this condo sits on the 2nd green of the Lakes Golf Course with a beautiful sunset view. The first floor single story plan is the most popular within the Oasis development. There is a community pool and hot tub directly across the street from the condo. The condo has been recently remodeled and has a Western Motif theme throughout, with hard floors throughout condo except in the bedrooms and all the amenities you could want. There are 6 sets of golf clubs and two brand new pedal bicycles available. There is an attached 2 car garage with epoxy floors. Nest controlled central air and heat. The condo is very quiet with no neighbors directly above in front or back of the unit. The Gainey Marketplace across the street has a Sprouts grocery store and many top notch and lively restaurants.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
