Nice quiet Gilbert Neighborhood

Rich with amenities.Owners were having a major landscape project completed.Once complete it will be a great addition to the back yard and pool area.

Lovely Property

Nice neighborhood in Gilbert, close to all shops, freeways and amenities. Lovely property, well decorated and very comfortable furnishings and surroundings. Private entrance. Very nice and accommodating hosts. They made our stay easy and welcoming.

Property was just as the pictures showed.

This was a quiet neighborhood, we had some interaction with hosts who were very responsive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom well stocked ( we even used the first aid kit for a bandaid). Our only negative was the couch. It would serve as a bed for a third person but not comfortable for us “old folks”.

Retirement trip

The apartment was perfect for my needs. The location was central to everything I needed. It was a good neighborhood and I had no qualms about going out for a walk. A nice set of pots and pans were provided if i felt like cooking.

Our favorite place to stay!

I travel to AZ frequently, and this is our favorite place. Denise and Dave are phenomenal and the apartment is perfect! If you’re lucky enough to snag this place, good for you! You won’t be disappointed.

False advertisement

The place was absolutely clean and cozy and for that I have no complaints. The place was listed as an apartment with pool, grill and fire pit. We when got there we realized we were actually staying in the in law suite to their house so if we wanted to use the pool fire pit or grill we would be in their space where their kids play. I also just felt it was very awkward because we could hear them which means they could hear us. I went on vacation to relax and take a break not feel like I had to tiptoe around where we paid to stay. I just wish it would have been advertised better

A lovely little apartment

Got lost on the way here because i did not read the address properly. Host was exceptionally kind and happy to help us get to where we needed to be. Apartment was quiet, clean and inviting. Centally located within a 15 minute drive from all major landmarks in both gilbert and chandler. This place was perfect for the first overnight stay without kids in 8 years. Thank you!

Amazing place!

Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect - beautifully decorated and well stocked both in the kitchen and bathroom. The pool was clean and comfortably heated. The property managers were so friendly and helpful and they took care to give us privacy during our stay.
