One floor house located on Coyote Lakes golf course! Big back yard with beautiful outdoor lighting! Brand new hot tub, pool, putting green, outdoor gazebo with TV mounted on wall for outdoor use! Bbq, hammock, also included.
Kitchen has brand new appliances, countertops and is one large open room with new couch, tv and gas fireplace. Kitchen seats 4 and bar seats 2. Dining room seats 8 right off kitchen. Sitting area right off dining room. Three bedrooms with tvs One has queen bed other has 2 single beds with bathroom off in hall for those rooms. Master has king, big closet and own bathroom. Newer furnishings!! TV in master

Good spring break location for our family

Family ages 84-7 enjoyed this home. Very private. Backyard is a mini-resort, no need to go elsewhere for the children. Kitchen is well stocked, the entire house very comfortable. Owners were responsive to any questions.

Great experience!

We had a great time! Frances and Greg have done a fantastic job updating this home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Anything and everything we needed was included in the fully stocked kitchen. We took advantage of the golf cart, bikes, pool and hot tub. The backyard was incredible and we enjoyed it every single day. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation in Surprise. Gregg and Frances have an exceptional home. The house is spacious and beautiful. The backyard is a Wow. Gorgeous pool and spa, practice putting green, palm trees making it our own private resort. The neighborhood is very very quiet. We loved every minute. Thanks for the letting us share your home.

Coyote Lakes

This was an amazing property! We stayed for six weeks and felt like we were at a 5 star resort! With its pool, hot tub, putting green and cabana with large screen TV and fire pit what else does one need! The owners were outstanding to work with and stayed in touch to answer whatever questions we had! It inspired us so much that we bought our own property while in Arizona!
